The disposable manufacturer Geek Bar showcases its best design chops with the X6000 disposable. The barrel-shaped design of Geek Bar X6000 is not unique, but the matte body and bright colors are beautiful to behold and super satisfying to carry.
One of its big leaps over the first-gen Geek Bar (575 puffs) is obviously the longer lifespan of around 6000 hits. Geek Bar X6000 comes loaded with 14 mL of 5% nicotine e-juice. While Geek Bar’s adventurous flavor creation hasn’t extended to the X6000, which sticks to the familiar fruity flavors plus a menthol option. Plus, the device has a 650mAh battery that can be recharged using a Type-C charging port.

Geek Bar X6000 Flavors
Geek Bar X6000 offers 10 flavors to choose from:
Strawberry Milkshake, Blueberry Jelly, Aloe Grape, Rose Lychee, Blue Razz, Lush Ice, Menthol, Rainbow Sugar, Peach Mango Guava, Peach Mint Iced Tea
The brand is planning to add more flavor combinations to this line, so there may be new flavors on the market soon.
One of the key things to note on the X6000 is the sharpness of the flavors. That might sound like a weird description, but we’ll delve into it more later in the Performance section.
We’ve tested 4 of them. Check out our first impressions below:
Strawberry Milkshake
There’s not much discernable flavor on the inhale, but the exhale releases the sweet strawberry flavor followed by a creamy ice cream aftertaste. Very robust flavor.
Aloe Grape
A nice tart grape flavor. There’s not a lot of depth and grape is a pretty safe flavor, but it’s one of the more classic flavors offered with the X6000 and Geek Vape got it right.
Rose Lychee
Both lychee and rose are floral flavors, so this flavor almost has an acidic perfume flavor, with a touch of sweetness. That’s not a common combination, but there’s something about it that hits just right to keep your reaching for this flavor. It’s almost ‘spicy’ so you might want a sweet vape on hand to even out the flavor.
Blueberry Jelly
I don’t think I get clear jelly notes with this flavor and the blueberry flavor tastes more earthy than I expected. It’s just kinda weird.
Design & Quality
Design
The Geek Bar X6000 has a cylindrical body shape and is made of two pieces. The main component, the body, holds the 14 mL tank and 630mAh battery. The soft-touch finish covering the entire body is so pleasant to touch. The colors Geek Bar has chosen are also excellent. The Geek Bar name is splashed on one side of the device, while the logo and flavor name are on the opposing side.
At the top of the Geek Bar X6000, there is a clear hard plastic mouthpiece component in a barrel shape, that appears to have a silicone insert inside. At the bottom the device, the Type-C charger is inset so it’s reasonable protected from water or debris that may sit on any surface it’s placed on. There’s no airflow control or other advanced features built into the disposable vape.
Durability
The Geek Bar X6000 isn’t as durable as some other uni-body single injection mold disposables. The clear top section, containing the mouthpiece screws or pops off the device very easily. This appears to be an intentional design choice, but if the X6000 is dropped from heights exceeding 4-5 feet, it’s possible the mouthpiece might pop off. Though the soft body covering on the lower half of the device seems resistant to scratching.
Does the Geek Bar X6000 leak?
The 5% salt nic e-juice seems well contained within the Geek Bar X6000’s tank. No leaking was observed during the review period. The seam connecting the mouthpiece segment from the main body started dry and there was minimal if any condensate within the airway.
Ergonomics
The supple matte body of the Geek Bar X6000 feels so luxurious and comfortable in your hand. It offers a nice level of grip to help keep the device securely in your hand, without needing to hold the gadget so tightly. The size is perfect for most hand sizes and the vape is well-balanced weight wise. The mouthpiece is cylindrical, but nicely sized to allow for a comfortable mouth feel when vaping.
Battery & Charging
We didn’t encounter any battery issues when using the Geek Bar X6000. Using the 630mAh battery, we could freely vape the disposable throughout the day without worrying about the charge level. As long as you charge the device each night, you shouldn’t have a major issue with the battery running out of charge unexpectedly during the daytime.
The disposable is charged via the Type-C charging port on the bottom of the device. An LED lights up when charging, but turns off when the device is fully charged. The Geek Bar X6000 is easily charged in about 30 minutes, so you’re not going to be tied to the outlet with this device.
Performance
The Geek Bar X6000’s vapor performance honestly isn’t our type. This is surprising because other Geek Bar devices we tested have always hit the spot, offering the smoothest hits. But the hits produced by the Geek Bar X6000 are a tad harsh, caused by the 50mg nicotine formulation we guess. And the “sharpness” was consistent across all of the flavors. The device is better suited to those who have a preference for a strong throat hit.
What’s more, the disposable keeps delivering tongue-biting warmth with each hit, perhaps because the 630mAh battery is bit too powerful for its built-in mesh coil, and as a result overheats the e-juice.
There’re good sides though. Its cloud volume is quite good compared with lots of the rivals, although it means you have to taste the heat in your mouth to pull long enough to get a good sized cloud.
Price
Geek Bar X6000 Price: $12.99 at Vapesourcing (on sale)
Based on this current retail pricing, you should expect to spend $12-$18 when purchasing the X6000. This isn’t a bad price, but because of the harsh hits and overwarm vapors I’d personally only up this device for less than $15. The device does pack a tone of e-juice that’ll keep you vaping for weeks, and flavors are well delivered, but the experiences is definitely minimized by the issues we mentioned.
Verdict
The heating issues and a bit too harsh hits present in the Geek Bar X6000 are major problems for us. Even the great design choices, which the disposable has, cannot offset the issues we ran into. The design is worth noting, because it’s a stark contrast from the performance. The body covering is very soft and adds a nice grip to the device. The mouthpiece is comfortable and wide enough to take a huge drag. And the color scheme is beautiful.
