With its lightweight feel, this mod measures just 88mm x 29mm x 35mm making it small enough to take and use anywhere, compared to other mod rivals at least. Battery & Charging
The Vaporesso Target 100 can be powered either by 21700 or 18650 lithium-ion external batteries, so it is a pretty powerful device offering as much as 100 watts of power.
When we used the 18650 batteries and vaped at more than 60W (which is recommended for its 0.2ohm coil), the battery life was relatively short at just 4 to 5 hours. On the other hand, when we opted for 21700 batteries, the device remains charged for more than a day, even with fairly heavy usage.
Function
The Vaporesso Target 100 ranges between 5 and 100 watts, and with its Vaporesso Axon chipset it is rapid firing and user-friendly. The device offers an F(t) mode, a pulse mode, a standard wattage mode and a DIY mode which includes voltage mode, variable watt mode, and bypass so you can really customise your vaping experience to suit your preferences. Basically Vaporesso Target 100 and 200 share a same set of features, which can cover all of our cravings for customizability.
Performance
The two coils that come with this Vaporesso Target 100 mod kit are both impressive. The 0.2ohm coil offers an excellent vaping experience if you vape between 60W and 80W, boasting outstanding clouds and incredible flavour. If you opt for the 0.4ohm coil you’ll also enjoy outstanding flavour at a wattage of 50W – 60W, although it isn’t quite as good as at 0.2ohm.
Whichever coil you choose, you can nevertheless enjoy a smooth and flavoursome throat hit with every inhale, making this a great choice for new vapers who are transitioning from smoking regular cigarettes.
Ease of Use
Although at first glance the Vaporesso Target 100 kit may look fairly complex due to the different usage modes that it has available, in fact the menus are fairly self-explanatory and there is no steep learning curve to get to grips with. The Vaporeso iTank is simple to refill as there’s no need to unscrew or remove it. All you have to do is push the tank top and the top twists, revealing the filling slot.
