On January 28, 2025, during the TPE exhibition held in Las Vegas, a jaw – dropping theft took place. Right in the full view of the public, two man snatched a gold bar worth approximately one million dollars from the Alibarbar booth. The whole process was so neat and quick that it was just like a scene from a movie.
According to on – site eyewitnesses, the incident occurred during the exhibition setup. At that time, the employees at the Alibarbar booth were making the final preparations for the upcoming “gold bar Challenge” activity. An accomplice of the thief pretended to communicate with the staff of the organizer, drawing their attention away. At the same time, another thief quietly approached the gold bar that had not yet been covered with a protective cover. When no one was paying attention, he swiftly grabbed the gold bar and then fled the scene.
As shown in the surveillance video, the thief acted rapidly and methodically. He completed the entire process from seizing the gold bar to escaping in just a few seconds. The Alibarbar organizers and on – site eyewitnesses failed to react promptly and could only watch as the car drove away with the gold bar.

The Alibarbar team was extremely shocked and admitted that since the activity had not officially started, the gold bar was not covered by insurance. They said that this incident not only caused them heavy losses but also severely affected the atmosphere of the entire exhibition.
