The VOOPOO NAVI x Cyph Salts kit sits in an interesting middle ground. It is not a standard disposable, but it also does not feel like a traditional pod system where you are buying coils, bottles, pods, and accessories separately. Instead, it gives you a compact rechargeable device, a refillable and replaceable pod setup, and Cyph Salts e-liquid designed to pair with it.
That makes the whole thing feel more practical than the usual “use it until it dies” vape. You still get the easy, flavored salt-nic experience people like from disposables, but with a bigger 1500 mAh battery, USB-C charging, replaceable refill packs, and a pod that is meant to be refilled rather than tossed immediately.
Table of Contents
Flavors
The NAVI x Cyph Salts lineup includes 12 flavors: White Gummy, Watermelon Ice, Strawberry Mango, Sour Apple, Blueberry Ice, Rainbow, Pink Lemonade, Miami Mint, Mexican Mango, Juice Peach, Fcuking Fab, and Blue Razz Ice. It is a very disposable-style flavor list, with plenty of fruit, candy, lemonade, mint, and ice profiles rather than tobacco or dessert blends.
For this review, only Fcuking Fab and Blue Razz Ice were tested:
- Fcuking Fab – Sweet, bright, and candy-heavy, with a mixed-berry body and a light tart edge that keeps it from tasting flat. It is bold without turning syrupy, and the flavor has a nice depth. 5/5
- Blue Razz Ice – A clean blue raspberry profile with a crisp cooling finish and less artificial sharpness than many blue razz blends. The ice is present but controlled, so the berry flavor still comes through instead of disappearing behind menthol. 4/5
Design and Quality
The NAVI x Cyph kit has a compact, rounded, mini box-style shape with a translucent pod section on top and a smooth metallic-looking battery body. It measures 26 x 51 x 86 mm, so it is short and pocketable. The color options are Cyan, Gold, Green, Pink, Purple, and Red, with the translucent pod tint and body color working together rather than looking like two random pieces snapped onto each other.
The device has a playful, pixel-like graphic pattern across the body. The transparent pod lets you see the e-liquid chamber, while the main body has a soft satin finish that feels smooth and polished.
The black side panel houses the screen, the mode switch button, and the USB-C charging port, which keeps the controls grouped together neatly. The airflow slider sits on the bottom, where it is easy to adjust but unlikely to move by accident in your hand.
The display is useful without being overdone. It shows the active mode, with Turbo and Norm clearly displayed, along with battery status. It gives the device a more complete feel and removes some of the guessing you get with simpler disposables. You can clearly see what mode you are using and how much battery you have left at a glance.
Does the VOOPOO NAVI leak?
I did not run into major leaking during testing, which is always the first thing I look for with a refillable or semi-refillable pod setup. The refill design uses a side fill port with a silicone plug. This design worked well and we experienced no leakage or mess when using the VooPoo NAVI.
It is still a refillable pod, so basic care matters. Overfilling, pocket pressure, or leaving it in heat can make almost any pod system misbehave. But in normal use, the NAVI did not leave sticky residue.
Durability
The NAVI feels more durable than a disposable, mostly because of its thicker body and compact shape. There are no components that feel easy to snap and there’s no creaking (a big sign of cheaper construction). The magnetic connection between the pod and body is very secure. The screen itself is nestled underneath a plastic shell, so it feels well protected.
The screen also feels protected because it sits under the black side panel rather than being exposed like a fragile glass display. This is not a rugged outdoor device, but it feels ready for everyday pocket, desk, car, and bag use.
The biggest durability advantage comes from the replaceable pod system. With a typical disposable, once the flavor fades or the liquid runs out, the whole device has to be tossed. Here, the main battery section stays in use, and the pod/refill pack is the part you replace. That gives the NAVI long-term use without turning it into a full hobbyist pod kit.
Ergonomics
The NAVI is small, rounded, and easy to grip. It has enough width to sit comfortably between the fingers, but it does not feel bulky. VooPoo’s “mini size, max comfort” messaging is pretty accurate here.
The mouthpiece is integrated into the pod and has a flattened shape that feels natural for mouth-to-lung vaping. The device is light enough for casual use, but it still has enough density to avoid feeling hollow.
The button placement and display area are also easy to understand. You are not dealing with a complicated menu system. The device gives you two mode choices, and that is really all most people need for a salt nic device like this.
Battery and Charging
Battery life is one of the strongest parts of the NAVI. The 1500 mAh battery is large for a device this small, and VOOPOO lists up to 5 days of use in Norm Mode and around 2.5 days in Turbo Mode. In testing, those estimates felt realistic, even with heavier use.
The battery capacity is one of the main reasons this device works. A lot of smaller disposables and pod systems can feel good for a while, but they need frequent charging if you use them heavily, which becomes a chore. The NAVI has enough battery headroom to feel more relaxed. You can use it throughout the day without constantly watching the battery percentage.
Charging is handled through USB-C, with the port placed on the same black side panel as the display and mode button. The screen makes battery checks much clearer than tiny LED lights, so you always have a better sense of when to charge.
Performance
The NAVI x Cyph Salts kit uses a 0.6 Ω dual mesh coil, and that coil choice fits the device well. It is warm and flavorful without feeling too open or too cloudy for 50 mg/mL nicotine salts.
The two modes make a real difference, but not in a way that makes one feel unusable:
- Norm Mode is the better everyday setting. Some low-power modes make flavors taste thin or muted, but that was not the case here. Flavor in Norm Mode stayed very close to Turbo, just slightly cooler, softer, and less dense.
- Turbo Mode gives the device more warmth and vapor. It makes sweet flavors hit a little harder and adds more body to the inhale, but it also cuts battery longevity roughly in half compared with Norm Mode.
The adjustable airflow slider gives the device a little more flexibility than a fixed-draw disposable. Tightened down, it delivers a focused mouth-to-lung pull. Opened up, it becomes looser and a bit more vapor-heavy, though it still stays in MTL territory. Vapor production is dense for the size, and flavor stayed consistent across the testing run without burnt notes or a weak finish.
The capacity is also worth calling out. The system lists 30 mL e-liquid, 50 mg/mL nicotine, 2 + 10 mL capacity, and up to 80,000 puffs. That is a lot of use from one kit. The NAVI is clearly built for long use compared with normal disposables.
Price
The USA-only version is listed at $24.99 on VOOPOO’s website. That puts it above many basic disposables, but the pricing makes more sense when you look at the full setup. You are getting a rechargeable 1500 mAh battery, USB-C charging, a screen, two modes, adjustable airflow, a 0.6 ohm dual mesh pod, and a refillable/replaceable pod format rather than a single sealed device.
The NAVI is not trying to be the cheapest option on the shelf. It is a better fit for someone who already buys high-capacity disposables and wants stronger longevity with less full-device waste.
Verdict
The VOOPOO NAVI x Cyph Salts kit feels like a smart step between disposables and pod systems. It keeps the easy parts of a disposable, such as strong flavor, no coil changes, no complicated setup, and a ready-made flavor lineup. But it also adds the parts that make a device feel more useful long term, including a bigger battery, USB-C charging, a screen, two power modes, and replaceable refill packs.
The flavor performance was the highlight for me. The flavor is full, sweet, and consistent, with enough richness that Norm Mode still tastes satisfying and Turbo Mode feels like a boost rather than a rescue button. Across both tested flavors, the dual mesh coil gave the vape a smooth, saturated feel without harshness.
It is not a full open pod system, and it probably will not satisfy someone who wants total control over wattage, airflow, coil choice, and e-liquid. But that is not really the point. The NAVI is for people who like the convenience and flavor of disposables but want something longer-lasting, more comfortable, and a bit less wasteful.
