It’s an easy-to-operate device featuring a vivid user interface and constant ideal power output to that fits the coil you use. Build Quality and Design

The Joyetech Exceed Grip remains a suitable palm-sized construction with the origin Exceed Grip at 74mm tall, 40mm wide and 21mm thick. It features a well built and durable brushed aluminium construction that feels solid but weighty in the hands. I’ve dropped it accidentally on the ground while nothing is cracked or broken. The colour I received is the Blue Star Trail, which features an impressive design with the multi-coloured panel. All buttons are placed in a suitable position and are satisfyingly clicky. On the front side of the mod, there sits an 0.69 inch OLED Screen, which is bright and clear with all the information you need. It is available in five colour options: Red Star Trail, Orange Star Trail, Blue Star Trail, Rainbow Star Trail and Purple Star Trail.

The Exceed Grip Pro features an adjustable output power range from 1-40W. You will be happy to know that this kit includes both an MTL and a DL coil. The NEW EZ cartridge utilizes the latest patent technology, which will prevent leakage by the side airflow design and has gained the utility model patent. It is convenient to fill the pod, opening the silicon plug on the side and refill slowly, let the device stand for 2-3 minutes to get its cotton fully saturated and then enjoy vaping! I have been using for three weeks and haven no leaking from the plug.
 
These are push fit and in the kit is 1.2ohm and 0.4ohm. The pre-installed one is the EZ 0.4ohm coil, which designed to provide pure flavour and features a fast heating process. The 0.4ohm coil has a restrictive lung hit and is a nice option for those who love high VG juices and big clouds. The EZ 1.2ohm coil is designed for Mouth to Lung vape, offering intense flavour and dense vapour. If you are a nic salt vaper, it is recommended to use the 1.2ohm coil.

Battery and Charging

Exceed Grip Pro is powered by an internal 1000mAh battery, which is relatively large for such a portable device. When using the 1.2ohm coil, it can last a full day of vaping before needing to recharge. When using the 0.4ohm coil, it drains the battery much quicker. The Exceed Grip Pro uses a micro USB cable, just plugging it into a computer or wall adapter.

Verdict

The Joyetech Exceed Grip Pro is a portable, innovative device with decent vapour production and excellent battery life. But I’m a little disappointed about its flavour profile. They don’t wick well and lose flavour quickly so that it doesn’t deliver rich flavour as other pod systems. Joyetech needs to improve the coils for the cartridge.
