First Impression
My first impressions of the Rincoe Jellybox 228W Kit is pretty good and I liked the design a lot. It looks good and comfortable to hold in hand. It feels high-quality thanks to its decently sized screen and zinc alloy + PC construction. Surprisingly, it’s not too heavy even installed with dual batteries. Rincoe Jellybox 228W Kit comes with a decent-looking Jelly Tank. We’ll see how it holds up.
Build Quality and Design
The Rincoe Jellybox 228W Kit features a nice size for a dual battery mod, measuring 92mm x 54mm x 27mm. The rounded edge provides a comfortable hand feel. Unlike the other kits we commonly see, the Rincoe Jellybox 228W Kit comes with a transparent PC cover and zinc alloy frame, which not only offers a visually stunning aesthetic but also allows you to see the internal construction and battery wraps of the device. It comes with three colour options that you can choose from amber clear, black clear and fully clear.
The Rincoe Jellybox 228W Kit features six LED lights, and they will shine through onto the full device. The screen is large and the readouts are clear. You can also match the Screen UI colour with the LED colour. To turn off the LED light, you just have to press the fire button and right button simultaneously in VW mode. For this review, I got the black clear, which looks pretty cool. Overall, Rincoe has done a great job in terms of design.
Functions and Features
Powered by dual 18650 batteries, the Rincoe Jellybox 228W Kit features a maximum power output of 228w. It boasts a nice battery door that fits stable and provides an easy install process. Rincoe Jellybox 228w kit adopts multiple functions and protections to provide a safe vaping experience, including reverse battery protection, low voltage protection, over-heating protection, overload/ short circuit protection and 10s cut-off.
Jelly Tank
Rincoe JellyBox Mini 80W TC Kit comes with a 4.8ml Jellytank, which holds mesh coils to deliver pure flavour and dense cloud. The Jellytank is made of PCTG and stainless steel so that you can easily see the vape juice level and refill in time. It utilizes an easy bottom refill design, which provides a convenient vaping experience. It provides two coil options, including the 0.15ohm coil and the 0.3ohm coil. I tested this device using the included coils. The mod performance is pretty impressive. It works excellent in TC mode rated 150W and did a great job to prevent the coils from burn hit.
How to fill with E-liquid
- Step 1: unscrew the bottom base
- Step 2: open the silicone case to fill your favourite vape juice
- Step 3: close the silicone case immediately
- Step 4: screw the bottom base and let the tank stand for several minutes.
