The Orion Bar 7500 puffs manufactured by Lost Vape, or OB-75, is a new disposable vape with a massive 18 mL tank of flavored (0%, 2%, or 5%) salt nicotine e-juice. The artwork on the OB-75 disposables reminds me a lot of the artwork found on the Vaal Max. It’s fresh and edgy, with a bold graphic style.
The newest Orion Bar is rechargeable and powered by a 650mAh internal battery. This device sports a large duckbill mouthpiece and adjustable airflow control but no other advanced features. Orion Bar 7500 Flavor
The OB-75 comes in 10 mouth-watering flavors, so you can choose one of their fruity or icy flavors depending on your preferences. The flavored e-juice is delivered via a mesh coil for super smooth and bold flavors. The flavor blends were well-balanced and did not leave behind any artificial aftertastes.
The ten flavors are Sour Apple Ice, Blueberry Raspberry, Strawberry Kiwi, Pineapple Lemonade, Aloe Grape, Cool Mint, Rainbow Drop, Lush Ice, Banana Cake, and Mango Ice. We didn’t receive the Mango Ice for review but will be taking a closer look at how the other nine flavors perform and rank:
Blueberry Raspberry
This flavor smells as good as it tastes. The rich blueberry flavor is masterfully blended with fresh raspberry to create a delightful flavor. Not too tart, not too sweet, it’s just right.
Sour Apple Ice
A bold, refreshing green apple flavor with a nice cooling touch from the ice. The flavor was intense but not overly sweet and such a joy to vape.
Pineapple Lemonade
Fresh pineapple flavor mixed with tart lemonade notes makes for a very delicious flavor that will have you reaching for Pineapple Lemonade again and again.
Lush Ice
The juicy watermelon flavor jumps out at you, and the ice is a nice balance to the sweetness of the watermelon. Anyone that enjoys Luch Ice flavors from other manufacturers will definitely enjoy this blend.
Strawberry Kiwi
The kiwi and strawberry flavors are perfectly blended in this flavor to produce a juicy and delicious vaping experience.
Banana Cake
This flavor was the biggest surprise of all. Didn’t think it would be a winner because banana flavors are majorly hit or miss. But adding the freshly baked cake flavor to the banana flavor makes for a yummy dessert blend. The banana comes through first but is shortly joined by sweet cake notes.
Cool Mint
The Cool Mint flavor is very icy, so we expect that menthol lovers will flock to this flavor. The mint bursts through on the backend and is sweet and refreshing.
Aloe Grape
Crisp white grape flavor on the front end and more bitter and muted notes of Aloe on the exhale. One of the more nuanced Aloe Grape flavors we’ve ever tried.
Rainbow Drop
The Rainbow Drop flavor is a bit weird and probably my least favorite of the bunch. I feel like it’s supposed to taste like tropical-flavored candy, but it has a harsh, bitter flavor on the exhale that doesn’t work well.
Design & Quality
Design
OB-75 appears to have a two-piece body construction. There is the inner body complete with the mesh coil, battery, e-juice tank, and graphic art. And there is a clear plastic shell that encases the inner body. This design is reminiscent of the Vaal Max (artwork) and Vaptex Marvol (segmented body with tanks set to the side of the battery).
The artwork is unique to each of the ten flavors and set against a black background. For example, the Cool Mint flavor has green and white artwork with ice cubes and mint leaves. And the Strawberry Kiwi flavor has red and green artwork with strawberries and kiwis. The base of each device is brightly colored to match one of the primary flavors. For example, the Pineapple Lemonade flavor has a bold yellow base.
The airflow control slider is located on the bottom of the disposable next to the Type-C charging port. The duckbill-style mouthpiece extends from the top of the tank.
Durability
The outer plastic shell protects the Orion Bar 7500 puffs from damage when dropped. And since the mouthpiece is molded directly from the plastic shell, there’s no risk of it breaking off. The airflow control and charging port are slightly recessed from the base, so these components should be decently protected if the vape is set on anything sticky, dirty, or wet.
Does the Orion Bar 7500 puffs leak?
No e-juice leakage was observed during the Orion Bar testing period. We feel we can safely assure vapers that this device won’t leak e-juice when you carry it around, whether in a purse, pocket, or hand.
Ergonomics
The tank side of the OB-75 is curved, and the opposite battery side is flat. This design allows your hand to wrap around the curved side comfortably while your fingertips rest on the flat side. The duckbill mouthpiece also provides plenty of space to create a strong seal.
Battery & Charging
A 650mAh internal battery powers the Orion Bar. This mid-tier powered battery is sufficient to last 6-8 hours of vaping, so you can confidently carry the OB-75 without needing to charge the device constantly. The blue LED indicator that lights up during inhale does not change colors to notify you of a low battery, but you’ll notice that the drags get less powerful when the battery is low and produce less vapor.
To charge the Orion Bar, plug a Type-C charging cable into the charging port on the bottom. The disposable charges to max capacity in about 45 minutes.
Performance
The most impressive part of the 7500-puff Orion Bar is its powerhouse performance regarding long-lasting flavor, fantastic throat hits, and voluminous clouds. The OB-75 really does seem to last for 7,500 puffs. During the review period, we tried to reach the ‘end of life’ with at least one of the flavors, but we were unable to. After nearly a dozen charges, the vape still pumps out good flavor with only slight flavor degradation. The Orion Bar is a long-lasting device that you will be able to enjoy for a long time.
Each flavor is full-bodied, and the flavor delivery is consistently intense with each hit. The hits themselves are strong and throat, but still very comfortable. And the cloud vapor is significant enough to please cloud chasers. The auto draw is sensitive, and with the airflow slider, you can choose what kind of MTL pull the device delivers. There are no complicated features or complex buttons to navigate, so this disposable is accessible to everyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced vaper.

Based on our testing of the OB-75, this pricing is extremely fair. You’ll be able to enjoy a single Orion Bar for roughly two weeks before the 18 mL of e-juice runs out. And when you consider the pricing in relation to the tank size, you are getting roughly 1mL of e-juice per dollar.
Verdict
The OB-75 is a long-lasting disposable offering roughly 7500 puffs in 10 flavors. It’s an ergonomic disposable with a plastic outer shell that protects against drops and other damage. It delivers both strong throat hits and thick clouds. The 650mAh battery can be recharged using a Type-C charging port, and the device also offers airflow control.
