LOMO LUX is covered by dual shells, just resembling the classic version of GeekBar. It has the same transparent plastic finish on the outside, and a colored inner covering to represent different flavors. We have no idea what specific plastic LOMO LUX is using, yet it feels of quality. We checked the interlocking of the device as well—all parts are well put together.
It’s kind of a surprise that we didn’t run into any quality issues throughout the testing, neither liquid leakage nor spit back. No gurgling or popping noises followed each drag, either. The only hiccup was a bit of condensate drops made their way to my mouth when I restarted vaping after leaving the device on its side for two days. It’s a normal situation though.
LOMO LUX is a typical cube-bodied device. Given the 10mL pre-filled vape juice inside, it couldn’t be the type of tiny disposables like Elf Bar or MOTI Piin. Don’t get me wrong—it’s not in a giant size either, but only similar to an average pod system. What we like is it rounds off every edge and face to make sure a comfortable grip.

LUMO LUX is a flavor banger! Having reviewed a catalogue of disposable vapes from 400 puffs through to 4,000 puffs, we’d say the flavorings of this one is honestly second to none. The disposable has rolled out 12 flavors by far. Its overall flavor spectrum is on the refreshing sweetness side, not the syrupy sweetness that makes us sick. In terms of the flavor consistency and duration of aftertaste, LOMO LUX is also impressive on both counts. Frankly, we prefer flavors of LOMO LUX to GEEK Bar and Elf Bar we reviewed earlier.
To summarize, LOMO LUX just couldn’t be more suitable for all-day vaping. Is there anything we dislike about it? Yes, there’s one actually. That is most flavors are so soothing that you might indulge in a chain vaping (*kidding). Anyway that could harm the coil and let out a burnt taste, so try not to take consecutive drags especially when the coil is not replaceable.

Spearmint
This one is a fantastic mimic of mint-flavored chewing gum. The mint rush cools our mouths wildly, but not in a way that almost cause a “brain freeze.” We found it really distinct from other minty liquid, perhaps because it tastes much like xylitol-sweetened candies.
Fruits Mix
It’s a hybrid fruity flavor. Berry prevails in the taste buds like in an instant, whilst left with a subtle pomegranate and lemon flavor on exhale.
Fresh Apple
It’s a beautiful blend of succulently ripe red apples and fresh green apples. The combination builds layers of sensory pleases through a sweet-and-sour mix. Give it a whirl and you’ll find it just beats the pants off purely sugary liquids.
Lush Ice
This one doesn’t give us a surprise as it tastes just in the way many lush ice juices do. It has presented all the desired things in lush ice: melon freshness, menthol cooling, candied sweetness, and nothing more. Anyway you can’t go wrong with it as long as lush ice is your type.
O.M.G
It’s a classic type of OMG mixture, with a couple of slight differences though. Mango and orange are rather tangy on inhale and exhale, whereas guava is a bit too weak. Also, we seemed to capture a tint of bitterness, like what we taste from orange peels. It’s not annoyed, as it balances out the sweetness a tad instead. Overall it’s a fizzy and vibrant flavor that can drive you to relate to the image of a tropical fruit farm in summer days.
Strawmelon
We love this refreshing fusion of strawberry, watermelon and menthol. It’s not the 1:1 realistic presentation of the two fruits, but more of a dessert and candy—yes, with milk mixed in. And the icy sensation takes the flavor to another level.
Grape Ice
We got mild sweetness accompanied by a tart punch out of it. More specifically, it gets very close to the sour grape candies that always trigger your mouth to water. Thumbs up.
Pina Colada
This is the most unique flavor among all the others with its alcohol note. This one is characterized by creamy coconut milk, juicy pineapple and a curbed sugar rush from rum. We felt layers of flavors harmoniously blended at the moment we breathed it in, not progressively till we exhaled. If you’re into these ingredients, don’t hesitate to give it a go to experience how the flavor bomb comes at you in a moment.
Citric Berries
It’s the soothing berry-centered vape juice, specifically blueberry and raspberry. What surprised us is a constant lemon taste will come through after we breathed vapors out.
Kiwi Guava
This one tastes like the common kiwi guawa sparkling drink, a little on the sweeter side. We captured a little grassy smell somehow in the meantime.
Juicy Bomb
It’s dubbed as a juicy bomb but not as pleasantly juicy as O.M.G, personally speaking. This is a sprightly sweet liquid, with mango dominating a majority of the flavor profile. We could feel a tint of sweetly mellow pear when taking a hard drag, while no noticeable peach as LOMO said. The upside is its sweet aftertaste lasts long enough in the mouth.
Blackberry
Piquant blackberry aroma rose up immediately when we vaped on it. It imitates exactly the authentic blackberry flavor, succulent with a vague tartness.
Performance – 9.5
We have to say LOMO LUX does more than the average disposable vapes in pumping out clouds. Although we’ve come across quite a few disposables showing a drop-off in performance when scaled down, LOMO LUX is apparently not one of them. It strikes a much better balance, and beats out even some pod vapes instead. Its vapor amount is impressive again, in terms of such a low-watt disposable device.
We’re not sure of whether its mesh coil is developed by LOMO itself, but it kicks out as well. It smoothed out all the vapors and flavors we got. Moreover, it always left a gentle hit in the throat, and turned out to be quite effective in taming nicotine cravings with the 5% strength nic salt liquid. Overall LOMO LUX is a quality device ideal for MTL vaping.
Battery – 10
LOMO LUX digs out a Type-C charging port on the base, next to which is a LED light serving as a battery indicator. Every time the battery gets low, the light would flash. The disposable could allow for roughly 600 puffs on a single recharge, according to our testing. We have no complaints over this. Besides, we found the light kept on during the charging, and turned off when the device has been sufficiently charged.
It seems to be pointless to talk about the ease of use in a puff-to-vape disposable. I mean what can be easier than navigating such an intuitive device? While the battery system of LOMO LUX has indeed furthered the convenience of a rechargeable disposable.

LOMO LUX could create satisfying flavorsome vapors, and doesn’t present any quality issues like juice spitting or a loose fit. Among all the 12 flavors we tested, at least ten are above average. We love its battery and charging system as well. Though it’s a mega disposable device in which a typical user can get more than 4,000 puffs, it remains as easy as those smaller disposables without a charging port.
