Thanks to its compact dimensions – just 93.22mm in height, 26.1mm in width, and 13.8mm in depth – this is a handy vape to take anywhere as it will fit easily into a pocket for use on the go. Voopoo Argus P1 also boasts impressive anti-leakage protection, with a four-hole structure that ensures the e-juice stays firmly in place.

Pod Cartridge
The Voopoo Argus P1 pod kit comes with two separate pods pre-built with different mesh coils (0.7ohm and 1.2ohm). That allows us to swap out between MTL and RDL vaping styles as we like. Both pods have an e-liquid capacity of 2ml.
This Voopoo Argus pod utilizes bottom fill. In fact, refilling is a breeze—all you need to do is take out the silicone plug over the fill port before filling it back up with your favorite e-juice. But as we repeated many times before, top fill is always a winner as we don’t have to remove the pod cartridge every time before refills.
Since the pod cartridge of Voopoo Argus P1 offers full-viewing capabilities, there’s never any need to take the pod out to see how much e-liquid you have left – you can simply see at a glance if the time has come to refill. Even better, the magnetic connection makes it easy to take the pod in and out of the device.
Battery & Charging
One of the top features of this kit is its speedy charging. In fact, that’s probably its biggest selling point. It comes with a Type-C charging cable, and thanks to the high charging rate, its powerful inbuilt 800mAh battery can be charged from empty to full within just 18 minutes – pretty impressive!
The Voopoo Official said the Argus P1 can last for two hours after being charged for only five minutes. That’s really a big allure and our test result is pretty close. We’d recommend this machine to those who have serious battery anxiety.
Function
The Voopoo Argus P1 comes equipped with an advanced GENE AI 1.2 chipset that features a good capability of battery saving. The chip is able to change the output wattage automatically, and of course cleverly, after analyzing every user’s puff pattern and coil used. We don’t know specifically how this works, but it just works. The variation in the vapor produced is evident when we adjust the ways we vaped.
Voopoo Argus P1 also comes with a selection of built-in safety protections including low battery, overcharge, short-circuit, overtime, chip over-temperature, and output over-temperature protections, so we could have no worries about safety.
There’s no more to talk about the feature set of this pod system. Voopoo Argus P1 isn’t designed for many manual controls, with neither variable wattage nor mode selection. But this is very typical of a pod vape product, which focuses more on convenience than customization.
Performance
As you’d expect from a Voopoo device, the Argus P1’s performance doesn’t disappoint. Whichever of the two coils (0.7Ω/1.2Ω) you choose, the vaping experience is smooth and the vapor production is satisfying.
When we want to inhale plenty of rich flavor, we prefer to use the 1.2Ω coil, paired with a tight airflow. That makes for really fabulous flavor in every draw.
