After the launch of Vaporesso GEN 200 and Gen 80S mod kits, Vaporesso released a pod mod kit in the Gen family – GEN Air 40. To be honest, we knew there would be pod mod in the Gen series and the feature would be lighter and smaller. We didn’t expect to see it so soon. Vaporesso Gen Air 40 is a starter kit that can power up to 40W with a 4.5mL (2mL for TPD) pdo and a 1800mAh battery.

Gen Air 40 Device

Gen Air 40 is claimed to be the lightest 40W pod mod kit with a net weight of 67g. Gen Air doesn’t have display screen. Besides the fire button, there is a power button for you to adjust the output wattage based on the coil. We think what it means is that the device will recognize your coil and set the best power for you accordingly, and you can also press the button to adjust.

The airflow adjustment control is on the device. It’s made simple for vapers. To get MTL vaping, just close the airflow inlet. To experience RDL, you can let the hole fully opened.

Gen Air 40 Cartridge

The cartridge is featured with side filling port. To refill the vape juice, you need to take out the pod to refill. The cartridge is compatible with the GTX platform. Besides the 0.4Ω and 0.8Ω coils included in the kit, there are 0.3Ω, 0.6Ω, and 1.2Ω for you to choose.
